Story
An agnostic sex podcaster and a newly single rabbi fall in love; to find out if their relationship lives wildly different lives and interferes with families. Originally titled Shiksa, which is also the last word spoken in the first episode. I love it! I made the whole series in one day and I think it’s almost perfect. It’s like watching a good romantic comedy movie, but stretched out into a 10-episode TV series, which makes it all the more satisfying. Kristen Bell and Adam Brody have the most amazing chemistry together. They are adorable and their bond feels real and the banter realistic. It’s rare to see a couple who are so believable together from the moment they appear on screen together. The way he looks at her gave me butterflies and I’m an ancient 45 year old woman who rarely feels that way when I watch anything. I cannot recommend this program enough!
