The incident with Valya Harkonnen using voice is from one called 'Mentats of Dune'
A prequel to the original Dune, it tells how the Sisterhood of Rossak evolved into the Bene Gesserit. All three books interweave the development of the Sisterhood, the Mentats, the Navigators and the Suk Doctors.
I feel we miss some CGI of seeing the planets and getting a greater feel of Imperium , maybe they should show the greatness of Great families something which Dune movies put an accent to , you could see the armies marching around , battle ship's,
Series started well , it's interesting to watch but for a Dune fan i feel to strong accent has been given to the Sisterhood in the series, there should be more variation to other fractions and stories involved , it feels a bit short.Sisterhood is absolutely everywhere and we fail to get accustomed to the Dune world and Imperium and other happenings outside the bubble where Sisterhood wants to gain control & power. different fractions..
However in the series there are so many scenes in the palace but cant reel get the feel of it
there are no soldiers to be seen anywhere, maybe from 2 episodes we only have one short scene of general public in the imperium which is far from enough. It could be done better , you mist portray the sense of greatness, you can’t put an entire story between a couple of main characters and everything else feels empty.
