Previously we did not include GOTY 1.31, CD PROJEKT just released GOTY with 1.30, then they changed it to a new one with 1.31 without any separate update since there is no major difference, just an AIO installer and patch 1.31 included, for some minor fixes anyway this torrent includes the base game with ALL expansions and ALL DLCs updated and also multilingual with exclusive patch 1.31. The installer is now in AIO (All In One), the default game language is English, if anyone needs Russian language so you can apply it with patch_witcher3_ru_goty_2.0.0.51.exe.
